Just 24 miles down the road from us is Dalwhinnie Distillery. Open year round; with shorter hours in the winter, it's a great chance for you to find out all about "The Water of Life".

To the north east, you can spend a full day exploring The Speyside Whisky Trail, with its excellent selection of distilleries. Another thing you shouldn't miss is a tour round The Speyside Cooperage - watching the craftsmen hand making the oak casks in the centuries old traditional way.
